Disable Yellow hint balloons

If you are getting constantly sick of removing the yellow hint balloons you can permanently turn them off

1.      Start > Run type regedit

2.      Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\

3.      Right click anywhere and Select Create New DWORD

4.      Call it EnableBalloonTips

5.      Set its value to 0
