Change the size System Restore takes on your hard drive

If you think that System Restore is taking up too much space on your hard drive, you can limit the amount of space it uses.

  1. Start > Right Click My Computer
  2. Choose Properties
  3. Navigate to the System Restore Tab
  4. Click the Hard Drive Letter
  5. Click Settings
  6. Now change the amount of space it uses
